All I can do for you is to restate the information provided by Australia Post’s tracking page. You are provided with this tracking information when your order is fulfilled.
MY ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED/WAS STOLEN…
We work hard to package each order with great care in heavy duty postal tubes/flatpacks so that it arrives undamaged. When you receive your package, there will be care instructions on the front. Make sure your hands are clean and completely dry before handling your print.
Damaged artwork: If your artwork has arrived damaged, we will issue a replacement for you at the next available print run. Please provide adequate details, images and documentation of the damage. Minor creasing and bends can be flattened.
Lost or stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect.
If you believe the order to have been stolen, please provide evidence of the matter so we can arrange to have a replacement sent out to you.Any order over $150 AUD is shipped FREE Australia wide.
